Veranda Estate Sales is a division of TurnKey Marketing Associates, LLC.  We provide an alternative to mainstream estate liquidation utilizing 21st century tools like the internet to maximize the return on sale of every item we encounter.  One piece to a whole house and anything in between can be managed within our network. 

What we do

We determine the best selling venue for your unwanted possessions and make sure they get there and are sold.  We take a commission based on sales price and return to you, with your check, a completely itemized spreadsheet detailing all revenues, costs, and fees.  Because we package and ship daily through UPS and USPS, we can also manage the packing and shipping of items to distant family members at competitive rates.

We utilize several options for items that cannot be sold . We either:

• donate them to charity
• recycle them
